• Inquiry submissions.When you fill out the “Work with us” form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the intent of your inquiry, and the message you write.
• Technical data. Each inquiry is logged with the originating IP address and browser user-agent string for security and audit purposes.
• Cookies. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. The only cookie our site sets is a strictly-necessary session cookie used to keep authorised administrators signed in to the internal admin area.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person on our team.
• To maintain a record of correspondence as required for our regulatory and operational obligations.
• To detect and prevent abusive or fraudulent activity.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes. We do not use it to train automated decision-making or profiling systems.

Where your data is stored

Inquiry data is stored in a database operated by Turso (libSQL), hosted in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. Document files (where applicable) are stored in Vercel Blob storage. Our site is delivered through Vercel’s global edge network.

How long we keep your data

We retain inquiry records for as long as is reasonably necessary to address the matter you contacted us about and to meet our record-keeping obligations under applicable law. Records that are no longer required are deleted on a periodic basis.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request the erasure of personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint. To exercise any of these rights, please write to contact@paragonfinance.in.
